WASPI is an advocacy organization on workplace safety and health. Its first Workplace Safety and Health forum took place on July 10, 2014 at the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) in Quezon City with the theme ”Public-Private Partnership for Workplace Safety and Health”.
The First OSH Convention organized by WASPI was held on June 14-15, 2015 at the APO View hotel in Davao City. From then on, WASPI has embarked on safety and health awareness fora and OSHE National Conventions as an avenue for the exchange of information and knowledge on current trends and technological innovations to enhance the culture of safety in the country.
WASPI was conceptualized on September 12, 2013.
It has conducted its convention in Cebu City, Puerto Princesa City, Iloilo City, Cebu City, Davao City and in Clark City.
